Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Robert Alcorn c.1795 NC - 25 Sept. 2859 Courtois, Dent Co. MO
m1. 18 Apr. 1818 in Jackson Co. TN to Anna Elinor Lucinda R. 1800 - 8 Oct. 1846 Jackson Co. TN
m2 19 oct. ?1847 (lic. 7 June 1848) Sumner Co. Tn to Mary Elizabeth Russell b. 19 Oct. 1811 TN, da. of William Russell & Elizabeth Weatheton

Mary Elizabeth m1 a Payne, m2 a Pyrtle

And yes, most of the MO Alcorns were descended from them. This is not my line, but I have quite a bit of information on it. However, I do not know Robet's parents. Some people think they are James L. Alcorn b. c1765 SC & Diannah Woodward b. 1774. But I haven't seen any proof.
