My folks emigrated from Dunfanaghy, Co Donegal in 1846. John Warnock (1801-1878) was widowed from Elizabeth Alcorn, who died in 1845. Several trips to Donegal failed to turn up a family history, but there are Alcorn families in both the Church of Ireland and Presbyterian Church in Dunfanaghy. Have heard recently that the family is now in Bunbeg, Donegal. Do you have info on the Dunfanaghy families?
