I'm looking for any information on an Alcock who owned "Alcock's Arabian," a horse fairly important in early thoroughbred breeding. He probably lived in Lincolnshire, lived around 1720; probably a person of some means. The horse was later sold to the Duke of Ancaster at Grimsthorpe. Thanks in advance for assisting with this probably odd request.
