Andrew,
My late father, Jose Alcantara was from Vigan, Ilocos Sur(born March 16, 1927)...I was also born and grew up in Vigan. I am here in Quezon City, Philippines. I am not familiar with your father's name but am quite certain our fathers are related because all the Alcantara's in Vigan are related.
Anyway, I hope we get to touch base ... Claro
