I am trying to find the ancestors of Elijah Albright/Allbright. All the different Censuses found state that he was born in Pennsylvania. He was my GG-grandfather. I cannot find his family information on back up the tree. He was born 1824 in Pennsylvania. He married Catherine Hess in Coshocton Co., OH. I found an older Albright, by the name of Philip who was living in the same vicinity in Coshocton County. I believe he may be his father or uncle. Had a wife also named Catherine.
Elijah moved to Sullivan Co., MO about 1855. If anyone can lead me to Elijah's correct Albright lineage, I would greatly appreciate it. I have considered trying to get my brother (an Albright) to give a DNA sample so we could possibly connect with the right line of Albrights. But so far, I haven't convinced him. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated!
