Hi my name is Eric Albright, and I grew up in the area. First, I believe you are making a reference to something that was written by DR Raymond Albright who taught there for a while, and is probably only partially true. The Johanne Albrecht of Fuchsberg is the 1st son, albeit second child of Johanne jacob Albrecht. He is buried along with his wife Anna Elizebeth Kielly in the Fritz cemetary about 1/2 mile east of the berks/Montgomery county line. Jacob who founded the evangelical society was the second son. He also lived at Fuchsberg for a while before his religious conversion. The father, Johanne Jacob actually lived in Roscombmanor TWP, Berks County, and attended mertzes church in Dryville. Johannes Jacob was married to Anna Troake, which apparently means Dry. Her parents are desscribed as being in Schwaderen. I thought that was a place name but may actually be a middle european jewish name. Johannes Jacob was the eldest son of Johanne Albrecht that arrived aboard the SNO LOUTHER in 1731, and initially lived in a place called Wolfs delight near Manheim, York County...on the wrong side of the Susquehanna to be politically correct for his day. The Albright you are refering to is Johannes Albrecht who arrived with Anna barabara Grossauer von Reisbach in 1732. I have a copy of the will of Johanne Jacob Albrecht among other things and you mau contact me directly at the new email address here at I will be more than happy to give you copies. Eric
