My great grandfather (Emil Albrecht)came to the US around 1890. He had
been an officer in the German army on embassy duty in Russia. Came to US at time of
Franco-Prussian war. Moved to Detroit area. Later taught at Wayne State. Great grandmother
maiden name was Linden. Interested in relatives and any other (or corrections) to family history.
