My Ggrandfather was born in the Holstein region of Germany and came to the US with his parents, brothers and sisters. Settled for a short time in the Chicago area, then he came to Davenport IA area and rest of family went to the Kansas City area. He had 3 sons; George b1877, John b1879, and Walter. There were 5 girls in the family, all but 2 were school teachers in the Davenport schools. My grandfather, John, had 2 children; Harold b1903, and Erwin b1905. Any info on the ALBRECHT's in Kansas City area would be appreciated. So far, just got info on 1880 Census for Iowa. Thanks
