My great-grandmother was Sarah Jane McKim, who married Yelverton Kendall in Perry Co., IN. Please note the entry I have on her parents:

He married (2) NANCY ALBIN July 23, 1846 in Harrison Co., Ind., daughter of JAMES ALBIN and MARGARET SMITH. She was born April 01, 1820 in Harrison Co., Ind., and died September 20, 1883 in Bristow, Indiana.
Does your male line of Albins include this James Albin? Thanks for any information you might be able to share....
