I would like to hear from any decendents of William Penn Albertson who was born in Washington CO. In 1838, married Huldah Roseabel Schwartz Oct. 12, 1864 in Hancock Co. Il. They had at least 2 children while living in Il, and probably more. They were the parents of 8 children, 7 of whom were living in 1900 when William Penn died. At least 3 children were born in Mo. Claude and Maude born in 1880 and Ella May born in 1885. In the 1900 census Sherman was married living in Wheeling, Mo. William, Claude, Maude, and Ella May were living at home with parents in Wheeling, MO. There was a son Frank, and daughter Renie, and one other child. Does anyone relate to this family? I'd love to compare notes. My husband is the grandson of Claude. We have recently been in contact with a granddaughter of Maude. Thanks in advance for any info you might be able to give me.
