Carolyn,
You and I are related. Sarah A. Alberty was my 3rd Great Grandmother. She was the daughter of John G. Alberty and one of 9 children. Her brother Lewis (Louis) was the first teacher in Parker, SD. I have been trying to find out more about that line because I'm stuck on Casimir and his ancestors.
