Somewhere next to the monument you speak of, I believe is his original grave. I remember seeing it once as a kid. Unfortunately, a lot of those old graves have fallen over and mother nather has had her way with em.

I know I didn't answer your question, but just thought I'd give ya what I know. he's my 5th great grandfather.
