Locating my Uncle -Nezir Osmani in 1963 -New York

Hello,

I looking for my uncle Mr.Nezir Osmani born in Albania .
He arrived in New York in 1962 -1963 from Grecee .

His first adress was 190 E 2ND ST New York N-Y .

Since 1963 we don't have any news.

If any body know any albanian emmigrant arrived in USA in 1962 -1970 could help us to find something from my uncle.
