Peter,
Forgive my ignorance, but was does it mean that the surname Cerzullo may be local in origin?
I was only picking at straws when I posted on the Albanean sight. My grandmother was from Santa Caterina Albanese & I was told by an Albanian she might have those roots. I know the name Zullo is more common than Cerzullo in Italy & here in the states.
