I am not a professinal genealogist, but I do notice there are two names in the phone listings for NASER OSMANI on Staten Island, NY (Area Code 718). Perhaps one of these can shed some light on the whereabouts of the gentleman you are seeking. As I believe you know already, Staten Island is one of the 5 boroughs that make up New York City.
