Dine could be a shortened form of Konstandin similar to the Italian "Dino" and Greek "Dean," however, I've not heard it used in Vithkuq, but I'll consult the expert. "Duni" is a surname from the neighborhood of Grekas in Vithkuq. The Dunis that I know in Vithkuq are wonderful people. In the USA they were in Boston, recalling off the top of my head. Stphen Duni is a prominent lawyer who was in New York City.

The Dunis are related with the Strati Family, also from Grekas in Vithkuq, although the Stratis are now in Korca. The brother of Luke Strati stayed in the USA and had a son, Ligor (Gregory) Strati, who died years ago in Connecticut. Ligor's family was all in Vithkuq/Korca. Luka's grandaughter is married with an Albanian-American and lives in Philadelphia. Email me for further information.
