my grandparents Joe Albanese wed Michelle Cicero both born in Cerda 1883. 1889 and my moms parents
Mike Zaso wed Phyliss Di Gregorio and they both came from Cerda born 1881 1889 and they all ended upstate NY in 1906 -1908 and my dad Charles Albanese married Dolores Zaso in 1948 in MT. Morris NY resulting in me Joe Mike Albanese......
my home twn was like the village of Cerda transplanted to the US as a rural job opportunities were available @ Retsof mine and Lackawanna Railroad in Livingston county and my dads generation built the Genesee River Dam circa 1950.....many Cerdes lived in this area....
but I do not know my grandfathers stories , that is , any of their forbears but I am just starting my research.........joe
