My mother was born in La Cruz, Chihuahua, Mexico. My grandparents also born in La Cruz were Olayo Alarcon(July 17, 1882-Aug. 20, 1920), and Maria Guadalupe Loya(c.1888-3/27/1956). My paternal great grandparents were Jose Guadalupe Adelaido Alarcon (1848-died before 1917), and Guadalupe Ortega (died before 1917). My great great grandparents were Jose Maria Alarcon and Maria Tomasa Muńoz. As far as I know all of these ancestors of mine were from either La Cruz or Camargo, Chihuahua, Mexico. I would like to hear from anyone with an Alarcon line or anyone from La Cruz, Chih. since this is a very small town. I have a copy of the 1828 census in La Cruz and will look up names for anyone with families from La Cruz.
