Sorry for not responding to your Post. I do not get email alerts from this web site. I will change that.
As far as your question: My Dad "Alfredo GRACIA Alaniz" was born in Brownsville, which is South Texas (the Valley). He was born in the year 1941, November, he will be 68 this year. As far as I know, I do not have any relatives that are Garcia, nor did my Mom, whom is Coronado. GRACIA, is his Mom's name and she is still alive, and living in Brownsville, with several of her family members.
But my family is rather large, they live all over the State of Texas, such as Dallas, San Antonio, Austin area, Phlugerviller, Pharr, Edinburg just to name a few cities in Texas. And I have both White, and Black cousins also.
