Josephine, My Dad was Audel Alaniz. We live in Corpus Christi, Texas. I am one of 8ight Children born to Audel Alaniz. His father was Hijinio Alaniz and Maria Cisneros. Hijinio had 3 sons and three daughters. One of them is named Eulogia. She was the oldest. She is still alive. She also lives here in Corpus Christi. I suppose she was named after your great grandmother. I am 52 years old. Iteach elemnetary school here in Corpus Christi. I am married to Nicolas Trevino. I have two brothers, Daniel Alaniz and Audel Alaniz Jr. that have spent more tme researching our history. So they would probably have more info. I often times ask Tia Eulogia about someof my grandfather's family, and she still remembers some names,. I'll seeif I can visit nad try to get some new info. see ya then. I believe she was 98 or 99 years old. That was Hijinio's wife.
