Hello again Lee,
I called the State Civil Registry of Tamaulipas and they began in the 1900īs, 1950 I believe. For years before that you have to go to the City or town the person was born. So Mier is the place to look. Although, I am going to the LSD here in Monterrey next week and I will give it a peek. Many documents are not listed on the family search website.
