Sorry, Beth, but there does not seem to be a connection. My family was from Spain and then moved to Puerto Padre in Oriente. From there they went to Merida in Mexico after Spain lost the war with Cuba in the late 1800's. They returned to Cuba later but went back to Puerot Padr. My grandfather, Juan Manuel Alamo, was a soldier in the Spanish army. They had nine children all of whom are now dead. None had the names you listed.
