Susan, I am e-mailing you direct on William and Rosa Davis.
I have located information on the Winston County site that maybe of help to you in your research. We have a genealogy building located in Double Springs across from Courthouse, but there is also one in Haleyville, sorry do not know location. The one in Double Springs is open on Monday and Tuesdays only. Not sure about the one in Haleyville. Also the Northwest Alabamian, the newspaper in Winston County is also located in Haleyville. Double Springs has some only papers there. Becky White
