Sandra, I saw your post. I'm sure you are aware that part of Winston County in January of 1877 became Cullman County. I saw your Braxton listed on the 1870 census of Winston. Looking around I found that a Braxton Dunlavy is buried at Dorsey Creek Cemetery in Cullman County. That could be around the Bremen area, and if so that area change to Cullman County. Have not located a transcript of this cemetery on line, sorry. Hope this helps.
