My grandfather was born prox. 1856in Alabama, not real sure exactly where. I know he was in Louisiana in 1881, because he married my grandmother, Frances Florence(Fannie) Day Perkins. She was a widow. They resided in various location in Union Parish. Frances died in 1926, and James lived with various children until his death March, 1934. Don't know who is Dad was, so I have brick wall trying to locate his parents or his siblinfs.
Any help would be appreciate.
