I am trying to find more information on my ancestors--have a bit on Maxwells, Johnstons, but hit a brick wall on William Carroll Blackwell. I would appreciate any detailed info on these families from the named persons back:

William Carroll Blackwell
Robert Maxwell (father of Robt. Hood Maxwell)
Elizabeth Hood (mother of Robt. Hood Maxwell, daughter of Tunis Sr of NC)
Ann Rogers <Rodgers> (spouse of Robt. Hood Maxwell)
