Mellie is a great source. She has been at this for a long time and is careful to be accurate. Her grand-father and my husband's gr-grandfather were brothers. I've been working off and on with this for about 5 or 6 years. Mostly just compiling what others have done because I was the one with a computer. If I have something she doesn't it will probably just be the addition of a new birth or two. She is 76 years young now and is not as active a researcher as she used to be. She has all of the old stuff. I try to watch the birth announcements and weddings in the newspaper and keep up with the latest. I had a computer problem and have not done anything new in about a year. I'm just getting started again. I too have 2-3inch binders and need another. I have about 14,000 people in my database if you include my family with my husbands. Much of it I only have in the computer and have never printed out on paper. I haven't gotten in to doing pictures yet. I would like to get a scanner and work on some but time and money have not allowed that to start yet. Maybe soon. Stay in touch. Paula
