I don't have any information on wars but I do know a little about his 1st wife. She is Eunice Polk, daughter of Abel and Eunice Polk. She was born in 1801 and died October 12, 1842. She is buried here in Wilcox County, Alabama in the "Old" Snow Hill Cemetery. Her parents are not buried in either the "Old" nor the "New" Snow Hill Cemetery. I have a complete listing of all graves in both of these cemeteries. Incidently, Capt. S.W.A.Albritton is also buried in the "Old" Snow Hill Cemetery. His grave records: 2 July 1802 as his birthdate and 17 July 1888 as his death.
