W. F. Moore Family 1850 Wilcox, Ala.

Hi, I am hoping to find info on the W.F. Moore family found on the 1850 Wilcox Ala Census. I do not find the family unit on the 1860 Census. A William Moore, the right age is found by himself in 1860.
Son John is age one in 1850. A John Moore age 10 is on the 1860 Butler Co. Census living & working for another family.
Can anyone share info on this family-did the mother die-and the children given out to other families?
Mothers name was Jane 32 in 1850 with children
Amanda 14
Jane 12
George 10
Caroline 4
Penelope 3
John 1
Grad??
An Amanda Moore is found on 1860 Census with several small children-Could they be younger brother & sisters?
