A little data on wife of Atlas C. Hinson----"Journal of the House of Representative of the General Assembly of the State of Alabama"--- P. 118, 1843--- This was added as a "ryder"[their spelling] to a bill--- Mary Hinson of county of Wilcox, wife of Atlas C. Hinson shall have right to receive and hold property as heir of her father Alfred Blakney.--- So Atlas and wife in Wilcox before 1843-- also appears her father was there-- maybe Atlas and Mary named a son Alfred after her father. The Birmingham Lib. has Journal of House of Repre. AL on microfilm.
