WILLIAM WHITAKER BOYKIN, (1853-1940)son of Francis Boykin and Marcella Hunter, of Wilcox County, AL. m. SALLY WYATT BOYKIN, (1859-1925) daughter of Robert Darrington Boykin and Ellen Vernon Scott. They had the following children:
1) Ellen Eliza Scott Boykin (1883-1980) m. Richard Channing Jones, II.
2) Francis Winston Boykin, b. 1885
3) Katherine Bibb Boykin, b. 1888, m. PEYTON BURFORD HOLLINGER.
4) Marcella Hunter Boykin, b. 1893
5) William W. Scott Boykin (1896-1949) m.
Mary Alma Stanford.
