I had ancestors in and around Isney, and all over Choctaw and Washington Counties in the 1800s, and there's no indication that Isney itself ever moved. It's also very close to the Washington County line, so if you don't find the records in Choctaw County, I'd try Washington County. Washington County records are in better shape than Choctaw County ones. Notify Administrator about this message?
