Tom, thank you, even if this is not my family it is exciting to think it may be. My father ws a farmer after the war. I don't think his family was well educated. could you tell me the name of the widow with two daughters? a rumor was that jack owens's father ws a brakeman for railrd.,was killed & he was adopted by someone. prob. not true,spec because noone knew anything about him. do you have any idea how i could persue this owens fam gen? thank you so much l owens mccaskill
