After a year spent in local libraries, online, and walking through cemeteries, I have been unable to locate a burial place for my GGrandfather. Does anyone have any suggestions on what additional efforts I should include? My Grandfather, of the same name, ("Will" 1877-1933), is buried at Davis Cemetery, Dora, Al, (so as to not confuse the two!). Would anyone know if there are "transport records" of some sort, concerning bodies "returned home for burial"? (I ask this, because I'm wondering if he was taken back to TN).
