According to the 1860 Federal Census a John Moore and his wife Elizabeth were listed along with 8 children. One of the children is John L. who was 4 1/2 years old at the time. My brick wall is my g.grandfather, John L. Moore who married Mary E.A. Brown in Coosa County in 1880. I would appreciate any help in learning whether the 2 John L. Moores are the same.
