Carla, Thanks for the info. I can check to see if he is listed among the casulties at Chickamauga(I live near there) I am really searching for a man by the name of John Fiquet and was hoping he was part of this family that lives in Tuscaloosa. The only information that I have is that he was born July 1864 in Fayette GA(no record of his birth exsists there) and he as apprenticed in 1877 in Tallapoosa Co. to a John Mason. His mother (name unknown) died in a Poor House in Tallapoosa Co. in 1877 or so it is believed. That is all I know. I was hoping that John was somehow related to this family. Thanks for the info.
