1870 census--linny spraggins

i have1870 united census for 1870 and it gives
c.c. spraggins 50
martha children
mary
billy ( william newton)
lucy (lucrecia )
larkin
robert (robert nelson
j. a. ( john---)
katrina
linny
james ( james henry)
ella
these children were given as all being born in dadevcille, tallapoosa co, al

linny does not show up on any census ater this one ( 1870 ) can anyone tell me what happen to him i am guessing that he was born somewhere around 1863 did he die? the census gives his age at that time as 7 yrs old.
i have some info on this family, but have nothing on this linny, i just found this on the family search record site, which i guess is fairly new.
christopher columbus spraggins is my main lineand i would like to find all i can on this family, i have reason to beleive that they are somehow connected to some of the spraggins out of va. and also to the spraggins in ga.
and kentuckyt, just have not been able to connect the dots. thank you very much
would like to find out about this linny spraggins also the census does list him as male.
