Jane Lacks died in the 1750's-need probate record please

Jane Lacks who was the widow of Solomon Lacks died in the 1750's in Tallapoosa co Al. She owned land so there should have been a will or letters of administration but I can not find either. Can someone help please? Thanks, Ross
