Looking for any info on Ben East. He was on the 1840 census of Tallapoosa Co. Also on the census was W.C.P. East, son of Stephen East & Theresa Ray. W.C.P. also had a brother named Benjamin East, but he was in Randolph Co in 1840. Any connection between Ben & WCP? Family history says that the father of Stephen East was Ben East. Can anyone help?
