The older Jesse Foreman was married to Lucinda Funderburg, daughter of Isaac Funderburg. The younger Jesse Foreman was married to Minerva Bishop, daughter of John W. Bishop.
I believe there is enough evidence in the records to conclude that Jesse Foreman (m. Lucinda) was the Jesse Foreman who served as an executor of Isaac Foreman's will and may have been one of his sons. And that Jesse Foreman (m. Minerva) was from the same line as John Ward Foreman.
Here is my reasoning:
A message in the Talladega County forum (http://genforum.genealogy.com/cgi-bin/pageload.cgi?jesse,foreman::al/talladega::757.html) cites a deed between Jesse Foreman, Benjamin Foreman, and James Foreman, all brothers.

The GLO land records site shows that John W. Bishop, father of Minerva Bishop, had land in Township 19S, Range 5E, Aliquot S1/2 -- more or less next door to the land bought by Jesse and James Foreman. So this Jesse Foreman is almost certainly the one who married Minerva Bishop, and he had brothers Benjamin and James.
In the 1850 Talladega census, Jesse and Minerva are living next door to John Foreman and Mary, and since John Foreman and Mary have a son John W. Foreman, aged 15 in 1850, the father John Foreman is probably John Ward Foreman Sr, who married Mary Connor and had a son John Ward Foreman Jr born Sep 16 1835. Therefore I conclude the Jesse Foreman who married Minerva Bishop is probably from the same Foreman line as John Ward Foreman.
The GLO site also shows that on April 24 1820, two adjoining patents were recorded in what is now Elmore County, in Township 19N, Range 17E, Section 34: one in the names of Isaac Foreman and Howell Rose, and one in the names of Jesse Foreman and Howell Rose. So it seems a pretty safe bet that these two Foremans are related.
Three years later, on 10 Jan 1823, Jesse Foreman patented 80 acres in Section 35. Other landholders in the same section include Isaac Foreman (not until 9/4/1834), and Henry Zeigler, who seems to have owned the lion's share of the section, and owned a lot of land in other sections also. Henry Zeigler Jr was one of the witnesses to Isaac Foreman's will.
Also on 10 Jan 1823, Elizabeth Hill patented land Twp 19N, Range 17E, Section 26. Most of the rest of that section was patented by Henry Zeigler and Lewis Zeigler -- two of the tracts being recorded on 10 Jan 1823, the same day as the patents of Jesse Foreman and Elizabeth Hill. I believe this Elizabeth Hill is Isaac Foreman's daughter Elizabeth Foreman Pace Hill, perhaps Jesse Foreman's sister. (A Jesse Foreman was later guardian of Elizabeth Foreman Pace Hill's grandchildren, children of her son Bartley M. Pace Sr.)
Isaac Funderburg, father of Lucinda Funderburg, also patented land in Twp 19N, Range 17E. This is not next door, but it's near enough to make a relationship unsurprising, especially in view of the fact that both families were early settlers in the area.
