names daughter Mary K Hays(deceased) & Dempsey S Hays to her children Willis F , Sarah S, William S and Claude M Hays, To son Isaac L Bolton,(slaves) to Daughter Jemima (Bolton)Gully wife of Jesse Gully (slaves) To Daughter Victoria Bolton (slaves) To Son Ellsworth Bolton (slaves) and to Son MENASETH F. Bolton act as the guardian to my minor children, Ellsworth and Victoria with full power to raise and educate them... I do here by nominate constitute and appoint my son Menaseth F Bolton and son in law Jesse Gully executors of my last will and testament July 7 1861 ... Will recorded oct 3 1851
