To what "memorial marker" do you refer?

The estate settlement you note from Shelby County Will Book D, dated 23 April 1844, definitely occurred AFTER Lindsey's death. If you have easy access to this document, would you please share an abstract for other Lindsey readers?

Was Lindsey's widow still living in 1844? Who were the Executors for the estate?
