I am looking for someone familiar with the Barfield area if there is one. The family line I am researching is Hardy Bozeman/Jenny Comer > Permelia Catherine Elizabeth Bozeman.
Permelia told her children she was born in Barfield, however in a family Bible it shows Siluria. I can find Siluria on the map and I have visited the area. Is Barfield a cross road or some small community? I need to dispel this for a family reunion coming up. Barfield could be the sharecroppers name they rented from I guess.
