Looking for parents of Mary "Mollie" COLE b. ca 1852 in AL. She married Jackson McCLENDON ( McLendon) ca 1877. On the 1880 census for Russell co. AL, they were the parents of one son, Mack McCLENDON b. ca 1878 and were enumerated twice:

Jack McLendon age 28
Mary age 27
Mack age 2

Jackson McClendon age 34
Mollie age 28
Mackey age 2

Jackson born ca 1847 probably Barbour co.AL, died ca 1887, place unknown.
On the 1900 census, the widow, Mary McClendon and two sons Mack Lafayette age 21 and Thomas age 13, reside in Indian Territory, Choctaw Nation in what is now Sequoyah co OK. Burial records for Thomas McClendon indicate his mother's name was Mollie COLE.

I have been unable to locate Mollie COLE or Jack McCLENDON
on the 1870 census.

In 1850 & 1860 Jackson McLENDON resided in Barbour co AL with his parents, John & Mary.

Any information on the parents of Mary COLE or the location of Jackson or Mollie in 1870 greatly appreciated.
