Albertus R., Melissa, Claudia Lyon, maybe Jourdan Lyon.

Does anyone know any information about Albertus R. Lyon/Lyons that married a Melissa (also seen spelled Malissa)most likely in Russell County, Alabama, but perhaps GA (Muscogee County?). He is perhaps the son or newphew of Jourdan Lyon/Lyons, initially of GA but then of Russell County, AL. The family moved from GA to Russell County somewhere after the 1850 GA census, but before 1872. We know that Albertus owned some property in Russell County which he left to his daughter, Claudia who is our great grandmother. (We have also seen her name spelled Claude/ Claudie in some records). Claudia lived on this property in 1900 with her husband Joseph Fincher who was building a sawmill on the property until he was shot in his store by Uriah Porter, a drunken member of the community. Think that family may be of French Canadian descent, but are unsure of this. Any information on this family and it's line would be very much appreciated.
