I have a connection to Williams in Russell Co, AL. Many of my family of Fuller, Niblett & Smith are buried in Evans Cemetery (Crawford Road - Hwy 80) in Russell County. There are lots of Williams in this old family-owned cemetery. The current owner of the cemetery and caretaker is Billy Wayne Williams. His aunt, Mary Frank (Williams) Evans left the property to him. Her brother was H L Williams (Henry, I think). Are you familiar with this cemetery. Family history is that this cemetery was set aside as a "pauper's" cemetery. It's possible I can get more Williams names that are buried there by speaking with Billy - he has all the names/plots located in this cemetery.....Jon
