Historical Atlas of Alabama and Randolph county map show three cemeteries in this area. Hamrick-Richardson family plot, Canaan, a black cemetery with first burial in 1928 and Rock Springs Congregation Christian Church with approximately 250 graves. First interment in 1864 and still in use. I'm not local but I get down to this area a couple times each year. I will try to take a look for you.

Jim
