Does anyone know anything more about the Guyton children, Joseph, Mary, Elizabeth and James? Who are their parents? How are they kin or connected to Lazarus Q. Griffin or his wife?

1850 United States Census of Pickens County, AL, A. [initial only] Griffin, 28 SC, Harrit Griffin, 30 SC, Jesse W. Griffin, 1 AL. Also enumerated in the household are Joseph J. Guyton, 14 AL, Mary L. Guyton, 11 AL, Elizabeth Guyton, 8 AL, and James M. Guyton, 4 AL.

Jan 23, 1855
Lazarus Q. Griffin, guardian of wards Joseph L. and Elizabeth Guyton and Mary L. Kennedy, to sell three slaves in February in Yorkville.

Dec 1857
Probate Court-L.Q. Griffin, guardian of Mary L. Kennedy, filed account current and vouchers for final settlement.

Thanks for any help,
Audrey
