James Dolphus Johnson, Jr. was born in 1922. He lives in Mobile, AL. His father's mother was Cornelia Ann Winters. She was the daughter of James Herrod Winters and Mary E. Windham(1845-1902). Mary was a sister to my James William Windham. Both were children of James Edward Windham(1824=1864) and Martha Maria Pickard(1823-1896). There were 10 other children as well. James Edward was the son of Edward Windham and Mary "Polly" Stone who married July 12, 1824 in Tuscaloosa, AL. They lived at Moores Bridge, which sometimes "moved" to Pickens CO.

I have not looked at the John Windham-Rachel Whittington Perkins family in some time now, but I do have some info on them. I have freely shared what records, documents, etc with fellow Windham researchers (including James Johnson). What are you looking for, etc.
