Yes, quite thoroughly although I could have missed some items. I shared my research on this Windham family with James D. Johnson (a cousin) and he compiled it into his book rather well. We only know from Levi's journal that Rachel and family were moving to Tuscaloosa to be near relatives and hoped to be there in time for a Windham cousin's wedding. My Edward Windham married in 1824, but Rachel, John and Levi did not move until nearer 1827 (as I best remember without my notes). Thompson probably married in Tenn. where the Spensers and Windhams lived before migrating to Tuscaloosa before 1819. Thompson was old enough to purchase land in Huntsville in 1814 so he was older than he told the census.

I did not find a link to Hardy Windham or Irvin in my previous research on these two Windham lines. HOWEVER, I do believe that most of our "southern" Windhams are related. The Clements and James families seem to migrate and intermarry with the Windhams from England on....Maybe the Hardy's do too(At least they do in my case).

Thanks, keep me informed of any thoughts, insights, and new developments.
